Summer Performance Training

School is out for the summer!

Our Performance Staff is excited to train the athletes this summer. Here is an update on what is new for Chadwick’s Performance as well as a reminder of our three types of training.

Types of Training

Within our Performance Training we train within all 3 types for all sports:

All of our training sessions are 75 minutes long.

What Is New:

Our small group training is great because it still has the private attention and less than half the cost. If you have 3-4 kids interested training together we can get you started. Most of our Small Groups are training for the same sport which allows the training session to be specific to the needs of the sport.

Small Group Bonus:

If the group is able to commit to 6 weeks of training then the group will receive:

  • A Chadwick’s t-shirt and foam roller
  • A group consultation with our sports massage therapist on recovery
  • A group consultation with our sports nutritionist.

Who Is Chadwick’s Performance?

Our Performance Department consists of 6 Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, a Sports Massage Therapist, a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a Sports Nutritionist. All performance trainers have a B.S. in Exercise Science or Sports Medicine and currently have their CSCS from the NSCA.
